Carl Drake is head coach and former Pro-Boxer, Kick-boxer and Muay Thai fighter with 20+ years of experience. A British masters super middleweight champion, he fought in the acclaimed prize fighter series in front of sold out arenas…Carl has done it all and now turns his attention to coaching and making YOU better!



Strength and Conditioning instructor Matt Bryant has competed numerous times in Sanda and Boxing. Having had his fight career cut short after sustaining life changing injuries in combat whilst serving in the Royal Marines. His true passion lies in coaching and helping others reach their goals. Matt is also studying for a degree in sports coaching!

Dean is a former Royal Marine, having served over 14 years. As well as a  level 3 personal trainer, nutrition advisor and qualified chef. Dean specialises in functional fitness training for aesthetics and fat loss. He provides healthy recipes and ready made meals for sports enthusiasts and athletes in Plymouth and South East Cornwall.
