Liam is Morecore’s new Assistant Gym Manager & Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in sport and fitness. Starting life as a hockey player, Liam discovered CrossFit in 2010 & has since competed at multiple British and European competitions. he has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the British Army and provides remote programming & coaching for several CrossFit athletes across the UK & internationally.
Laura is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, British Weightlifting Level 2 Olympic Lifting Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Laura also has several years coaching experience under her belt in CrossFit and Olympic Lifting as well as a vast and successful competition history in both sports. Laura is now opening her coaching expertise back up to our members, with a specific focus on Olympic Lifting (as that is her main passion and area of expertise).
A lifelong devotion to fitness and sports has facilitated Gill’s marathon-running accomplishment
mountaineering achievements and a dedicated yoga practice amongst other things. Whilst her career in sales, marketing and HR within the healthcare industry spanning 40 years has left Gill with a lasting passion for health, nutrition, people and well-being.
