GAVIN COURT

Gavin’s diverse fitness background ranges from endurance events to obstacle course racing, from trail running to open water swimming and from Strength & Conditioning to Functional Fitness. Having completed a Level 2 Gym Based Instructor course, Gavin is now working towards his Level 3 with an aim to complete his Level 4 in the near future to become a Strength & Conditioning coach.

JAY CURTIS

Jamie has a BSc Hons in Health, Exercise and Physical Activity and a Level 4 BTEC Higher Sports Development in Coaching and Fitness. Specialising in strength & conditioning, training for endurance events and exercise for specific groups including obesity, disability and seniors. You will not find a more dedicated, friendly, motivating & knowledgeable instructor (did we also mention he is an award winning PT?!).

JOSH PROCTER

Josh has a degree in Sports Coaching, and a Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Chichester. Having previously worked in rugby, cricket, netball and the top division of collegiate athletics at the University of North Carolina. Josh has also competed several times in powerlifting; achieving a 200kg squat, 145kg bench press and a 272.5kg deadlift. Josh now wants to utilise the experience and knowledge he's accumulated to help everyone... from day one gym-goers through to seasoned athletes, optimise their personal performance.

GILL COURT

A lifelong devotion to fitness and sports has facilitated Gill’s marathon-running accomplishment

mountaineering achievements and a dedicated yoga practice amongst other things. Whilst her career in sales, marketing and HR within the healthcare industry spanning 40 years has left Gill with a lasting passion for health, nutrition, people and well-being.
