Our great-value monthly memberships have options to best suit your way of working out. There are no joining or cancellation fees and you are free to change membership type at anytime. Members will also benefit from reduced rates for Personal Training.
We offer three tiers of membership, designed to allow you to make the most of your time with us. Whatever your motivation, and whichever facilities you use, we can help you choose the best and most suitable membership for you. Teen memberships are also available.
GYM ONLY MEMBERSHIP
For those who soley want to train on the gym floor.
Designed for those who need flexible times to train, on their own schedule following their own workout programme.
Please note that during class times access to floor space and kit will be reduced slightly depending on coaching need

GYM & CLASSES MEMBERSHIP
Designed for those who want to train in a supportive environment, and varied classes that leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more energised. This tier still follows a progressive training cycle, but with generalised goals and a focus on enjoyable gains.
Includes - access to open gym sessions and 24 classes per month. If you want to attend more than 24, you can pay a small fee of £5.00 for 5 classes. Excludes Morecore Performance Classes
Classes:
General Strength Class
Ideal for building muscle tone and feeling more confident in your body. A mix of upper and lower body session. Includes use of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells
Kettlebells Class
Full-body functional training to develop strength, stability, and endurance using one of the most effective tools in the gym.
Legs Bums and Tums
Conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body; incorporates a mixture of exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and abdomen.
Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Spin Classes

MORECORE PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP
Morecore’s most inclusive membership. Designed by strength and conditioning experts for individuals who want to level up their performance, strength, and fitness in a progressive and structured way. You’ll follow detailed 8-12 week training blocks with expert coaching, tailored to help you hit real, measurable goals and tangible gains in performance and aesthetics.
Includes - Open gym sessions + access to all classes plus exclusive access to additional performance classes below:
1. Performance S&C Class
Strength-focused training paired with intelligent conditioning finishers. Structured cycles that target power, capacity, and movement quality. You’ll lift, then finish with a Metcon-style fitness finisher.
2. Performance Hybrid Strength Class
Expert strength training to build power and muscle, following a clear phase-based plan. A fusion of barbell, kettlebell, calisthenic and tempo-based lifts. Designed for real progression in strength and physical resilience.
3. Performance Conditioning Class - High Intensity
Functional movement patterns, progressive cardio and capacity work. Purpose-built sessions that use sleds, carries, interval training etc.

NEED MORE FLEXIBILITY?
Want to try us before joining up or need flexibility, we offer casual non-member sessions to use the gym floor and attend a class.
