Rich has been training BJJ for 4 years, having achieved his Purple belt under Ricky Bellingham he has gone on to specialise in nogi. His love for teaching goes beyond the gym floor. Outside the gym Rich is a guitar teacher and composer, he likes caving, and is hoping to do his diving qualifications this year.

Tom has been training jiu jitsu for over five years, during this time he has been an active competitor and coach. He has a passion for studying the best jiu jitsu competitors in the world in order to inform his coaching.
CAIT
SLOW FLOW YOGA
Cait is a passionate yogi who believes in gentle, calming, supportive flows combined with the Ayurvedic ethos.
Cait has been practising yoga over 20 years and teaching for over 3. Join her for a gentle, nourishing and mindful vinyasa slow flow into yin, for the body, mind and spirit.
This class is for all levels and will incorporate breath, embodied movement and meditation or nidra.
NATASHA
SPIN
Natasha is ex-military and currently starting a new career within fitness. Over the past year she has qualified in Level 2 ETM and as an Indoor Cycling Instructor with aims to build upon this. "If I’m not in the gym training with friends you’ll find me either hiking up mountains or SUP! I have a love for all things fitness and hope to inspire others too!"
