This Martial Arts class is aimed at kids aged 7-12. It incorporates pad work, circuit training and bag work. It includes games to build speed, strength, agility, coordination & confidence in a fun & safe environment.

A mixed ability class for all ages and families combining boxing and kickboxing skills with fun circuits specific to the skills used. HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu focuses on getting an opponent to the ground in order to neutralize possible strength or size advantages through ground fighting techniques and submission holds. On the ground, physical strength can be offset or enhanced through proper grappling techniques. The classes are accessible to any ages and fitness levels, its never to early or too late to begin! Our Legends class is a whole body workout that can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and activity. This class is a combination of aerobic, strength and flexibility exercises specifically designed for our members aged 50+ who prefer to exercise in a fun, social atmosphere.

Indoor cycling class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel.

Pilates is a mind body intervention that focuses on core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing. Developed by Joseph Pilates the program increases flexibility, movement confidence, strength and definition. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
An introduction into the main strength building movements and assistant moves. You will be coached to develop proper technique, understand the movement fundamentals & safely execute them. This is a great start to get you going on your strength journey.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Designed for our Teen members aged between 15yrs & 18yrs. The program is based on a 4 week rotation, where one of our instructors will go through various lifting techniques to ensure that the foundations are taught before being allowed onto the gym floor.
Our Hatha classes will offer you a gentle introduction to basic yoga postures. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer.
YOGA FOR SPORTS PEOPLE
This class is ideal for any person committed to a holistic approach to their sport. With a focus on stretching & strengthening the glute muscles, vital for maintaining hip and lower back health and preventing injury. Many professional sportspeople use yoga to enhance & maintain a good body & mind equilibrium focusing on strength, flexibility, flow state & stability. Beginning with breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind. Creative warm up movements, followed by challenging postures & sequences concluding with essential relaxation time.
Suspension & Core is a form of resistance training utilising total body resistance exercise bands. The class incorporates bodyweight exercises in a variety of multi-planar, compound movements. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
This Martial Arts class is run by expert female instructors and incorporates pad work, circuit training and bag work and will teach you the basics in striking and protecting yourself. With this class expect to burn up to 800Kcal and develop your skills and coordination and train in a high energy, fun and friendly environment!
