OUR CLASSES
BUILD
Strength and conditioning programme aimed at 14-18 year olds. These classes will help our youth members build good training habits and develop
athleticism and general physical preparedness.

CROSSFIT
A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. "CrossFit has been Forging Elite Fitness™ since 2001 and can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who have never worked out and those who have trained foryears share equally in the benefits of CrossFit."

COMBAT KIDS
This Martial Arts class is aimed at kids aged 7-12. It incorporates pad work, circuit training and bag work. It includes games to build speed, strength, agility, coordination & confidence in a fun & safe environment.

FAMILY FIGHTING FIT
A mixed ability class for all ages and families combining boxing and kickboxing skills with fun circuits specific to the skills used. Designed to be fun and challenging to get your weekends off to the right start. Help build your child’s confidence, discipline, coordination and fitness whilst learning how to defend yourself, improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength.

GPP STRENGTH + KETTLEBELLS
Similar to GPP strength but will also incorporate some kettlebell exercises for those who enjoy using these pieces of equipment.
It is a class that will help kick all your fitness goals into 5th gear! Functional, sequenced exercises designed to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Fast results for strength, endurance and muscle tone.

GPP STRENGTH + TRX
Similar to GPP strength but will also incorporate some TRX exercises for those who enjoy using these pieces of equipment. A form of resistance training utilising total body resistance exercise bands. The class incorporates bodyweight exercises in a variety of multi-planar, compound movements. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.

HIGH INTENSITY CIRCUITS
HIC energy system development for all ages and fitness levels. A total body, heart pumping, aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

LBT
LBT is a conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body; incorporates a mixture of exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and abdomen. This is a low impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

PILATES
Pilates is a mind body intervention that focuses on core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing. Developed by Joseph Pilates the program increases flexibility, movement confidence, strength and definition. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

SPIN
Indoor cycling class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel.

SPECIFIC STRENGTH
Strength and Conditioning classes aimed at our adult members who want to be better prepared to handle the rigours of their sport or job.

TORPOX
Training specifically aimed at those looking to compete in a Hyrox competition or enjoy the Hyrox-style of classes.

VINYASA YOGA
This class is ideal for any person committed to a holistic approach to their sport. With a focus on stretching & strengthening the glute muscles, vital for maintaining hip and lower back health and preventing injury. Many professional sportspeople use yoga to enhance & maintain a good body & mind equilibrium focusing on strength, flexibility, flow state & stability. Beginning with breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind. Creative warm up movements, followed by challenging postures & sequences concluding with essential relaxation time.

YOGA HATHA
Our Hatha classes will offer you a gentle introduction to basic yoga postures. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer.

JIU-JITSU
Brazilian jiu-jitsu focuses on getting an opponent to the ground in order to neutralize possible strength or size advantages through ground fighting techniques and submission holds. On the ground, physical strength can be offset or enhanced through proper grappling techniques. The classes are accessible to any ages and fitness levels, its never to early or too late to begin! Through the classes expect to develop your fitness, confidence and begin a great journey that will last a lifetime!

WOMENS
FIGHTING FIT
This Martial Arts class is run by expert female instructors and incorporates pad work, circuit training and bag work and will teach you the basics in striking and protecting yourself. With this class expect to burn up to 800Kcal and develop your skills and coordination and train in a high energy, fun and friendly environment!
