Kick-Boxing

Sensei Jerry has been kick-boxing for over 25 years reaching 6th Dan level and has been teaching for around 10 years. Jerry is an enthusiastic member of the MoreCore Jacks Gym family and and looks forward to welcoming anyone that would like to give this interesting addition to timetable a go. The class incorporates developmental stretching, various styles of kick-boxing, self-defence and weapons, as skills develop.

SUSIE MACKENZIE

Fitness Instructor

Susie has been an ETM Group Exercise Instructor for the past 24 years and is qualified in Les Mills Bodypump and Barre, YMCA Step, PureStretch, Zumba/Zumba Kids, BalletbeFit and Aqua. Susie teaches in the local community and from her home studio and loves all dance based high energy fitness classes. Susie is very much looking forward to meeting all the MoreCore family.

CHRISTINA HOPPEN

Ashtanga Yoga

Christina completed her 200 hour teacher training in India with the highly established and globally recognised Lalit Kumar. She has taught around the world and is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals.

LUCY FREEMAN

Hatha Yoga

Driven by an ever-evolving passion for holistic health, Lucy combines 10+ years of experience in dance, yoga, somatics, and massage therapy to offer thoughtful and stimulating classes. Her personal intention to live consciously and close to nature aligns with her love of sharing a practice that aims to deepen our understanding of the mind-body (and planet) connection.
