WOD CLASSES
WOD = Workout of the Day
Class programs for you to conduct individually in the gym. Instructions for these classes will be written on the board, along with a warm up suggestion. A coach will be present to ensure social distancing is adhered to, to correct poor movement, to monitor general safety and to answer any questions from members.
RUNNING CLUB
Running will take place outdoors around Saltash in socially distanced groups.

ONLINE
Pre-recorded classes from your trainers to do at home or individually in the gym. Our Videos will go live on YouTube at the hour timetabled, and will remain there for you to access at a time to suit you.

All members can book into classes via WodBoard. (You will receieve an invitation to join WodBoard in your welcome email)

Non-members can come to a drop-in class or gym floor session for only £7.00 Book in via the link.
